Assessing the Legal and Regulatory Challenges for Aerospace Startups in Emerging Markets and How Globalization Can Help : A Comparative Study
This research explores the legal and regulatory frameworks in spacefaring and non-spacefaring countries and their impact on aerospace startups. It examines how these frameworks affect the development of space technologies from prototyping to commercialization and analyses the role of globalization and policies in the space industry. The study compares emerging and developed economies using international industrial and economic measures to assess the overall state of the space industry. Additionally, it investigates how multilateral collaboration can contribute to building a diverse international space community. The study also scrutinizes the applicability and utility of the Regulatory Confluence Theory proposed by the researcher. Through a comprehensive approach that considers historical, legal, economic, and geopolitical perspectives, this research aims to provide insights into the dynamics of the space sector
