Online Appendix for Hotel Demand Before, During, and After : Evidence from Charlotte, North Carolina

In this online appendix, we present the regression results containing all of the events included in our analysis. The tables in the main paper are subsets of the tables reported in this appendix. In each table, the first column reports the results for the subsample of hotels located in Charlotte’s city center (ZIP code 28202), the second column reports the results for the subsample of hotels located in Mecklenburg County but outside of the Charlotte city center, the third column reports the results for the subsample of hotels located in the Charlotte suburbs, and last column reports the results for the entire Charlotte metropolitan area. Therefore, in each table the spatial distribution of any net effects of various events on the hotel market can be ascertained
