Strategic HR Director Position : Implementation of SHRM in Firms

This study argues theoretical framework for strategic human resource management (SHRM), and implementation of SHRM in firms. HRM field is related to skill development and performance improvement. So, theoretical framework of SHRM is established by performance and skills. HR systems improve knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) of employees, which affect individual-level performance. Individual-level performance makes employee go up to executive positions, and talents at the up affect firm-level performance via their managerial decisions.
