The Prospects of Introducing the Corporate Governance 2.0 Model in Uzbekistan

The Corporate Governance 2.0 model is a highly debated topic in foreign countries, among both academia and business community. Taking account of current priority areas of corporate governance development, new concepts and best practices of corporate governance should be introduced in Uzbekistan, and therefore, in the future, it is required to transform the national corporate governance system into a more advanced model.
