Umwelt- und Klimawirkungen der Landwirtschaft : eine kritische Einordnung - Statusbericht, Herausforderungen und Ausblick

Mit der Einführung Cross-Compliance (CC-) Regeln verfolgte die EU-Kommission seinerzeit vier zentrale Ziele: 1. Ernährungssicherheit; 2. Umweltschutz; 3. Klimaschutz; 4. Entwicklung des ländlichen Raums. Diese Vorgaben wurden auf nationaler Ebene in Deutschland implementiert und durch nationale Ziele ergänzt. In diesem Beitrag wird nun nach 10 Jahren CC die Effizienz der Maßnahmen im Hinblick auf die formulierten Ziele hinterfragt.
