The Workshop will provide an international forum to discuss theoretical and empirical contributions with the purpose of increasing the common knowledge on how skills and competences affect individual and organisational performance.

The aim of the conference is to strengthen research in higher education from any perspective, country or international aspect. The main theme of the 2008 conference is 'Marketising, Marketing and Higher Education'.
