This workshop has been cancelled.

The 2020 meeting was canceled owing to the pandemic. Our 2022 meeting will give priority to participants who submitted papers to the cancelled event. Please check back in November/December of 2020 for an updated CFP for the 2022 colloquium, as we will be welcoming new submissions, as well.

ADEW 2020 - not held due to COVID-19.

The 15th annual meeting of the Workshop, scheduled to be hosted by the Research School of Economics at the Australian National University in Canberra was cancelled because of the community response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our intention is to attempt to run ATW in March 2021 at the ANU again.

The organizers welcome proposals for contributions on the conference theme, “Colonization and Indigenous Populations.” While submissions for papers or panels on the conference topic will be given preference, submissions on all topics in economic history are welcome.
