Papers are invited in the areas of accounting, finance, and economics (including, but not limited to, the topics of Auditing, Financial Accounting & Reporting, International Accounting, Corporate Governance, and Ethics).

The Symposium focuses on Corporate Governance and Shareholder Activism issues. Empirical and analytical(modeling/theory) papers will be presented, that will help to better understand the workings of financial markets using behavioral explanations.
