The proposal should fall under any of ERF's broad research themes, mainly: Macroeconomic policies and governance; Labor markets, human resource development and migration; Trade and foreign direct investment; Financial markets; Sectoral issues.

The general theme of the conference is Governments, Markets, and the Future of Capitalism. The keynote speakers will address various specific issues related to this general theme, but submissions in all areas are welcome.
