The school intends to provide an intensive training course for graduate students and young researchers who are working in the field of development and international economics. This year the focus will be on social norms in developing countries.

The goal of the symposium is to bring together leading economists working in any area of labour economics. To foster the desired interaction, we ask that participants stay for the entire duration of the conference.

Only papers on religion will be considered. From previous experience, we expect a large number of submissions, and we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate everyone. We will cover expenses for all presenters and discussants.
