Эффективность инновационной политики высшего образовательного учреждения зависит от качества и проработанности организационно-экономического механизма её реализации, слаженности работы каждого звена. Only the precise organization of interaction can ensure the integrity and continuity of the innovation process, to reduce the time required the development of innovative results, and get all sorts of effects.
