Влияние Обменного Курса На Платежный Баланс в Современной Экономике (Effect of Exchange Rate Changes on Balance of Payments in the Modern Economy)

Целью представленной работы является оценка влияния колебаний обменного курса на различные составляющие платежного баланса в экономике России. Для достижения указанной цели в работе решены следующие задачи: -проведен обзор теоретических и эмпирических работ, посвященных построению и практическому применению моделей оценки влияния колебаний обменного курса на различные статьи платежного баланса; -предложена экономическая модель, позволяющая оценить величину влияния колебаний обменного курса на статьи платежного баланса в России и других странах; -проведены оценки влияния колебаний обменного курса на основные статьи платежного баланса, а также ряд составляющих их компонент в период с 2000 по 2011 гг. The main purpose of the present paper is the impact evaluation of exchange rate fluctuations on the balance of payments statements. To achieve this objective the following tasks were fulfilled: •a review of theoretical and empirical models of exchange rate fluctuations impact on the balance of payments statements was conducted; •theoretical model for evaluation of exchange rate fluctuations impact on the balance of payments was constructed; •estimates of exchange rate fluctuations impact on the balance of payments statements were constructed for 2000-2011 period. As initial data for estimation authors used The World Bank and IMF data, as well as scientific, analytical and statistical papers in Russian and foreign sources, including international organizations reports
