ГЛОБАЛЬНИЙ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ РОЗВИТОК В УМОВАХ VUCA, SPOD, DEST ТА BANI СВІТУ (Global Socio-Economic Development in Vuca, Spod, Dest and Bani World)

English Abstract: Globalization contributes to the reformatting of the structure of the modern world, affects the adjustment of national public administration systems. The interdependence and intertwining of the world's economies is growing, and the strategy of economic, social and political development of states is changing. Prolonged global crisis, turbulent socio-economic environment contributes to the emergence of the concept of a global risk society, where there are new types of risks that are difficult to control, and their consequences are impossible to predict. To eliminate the negative effects caused by uncontrolled external and internal factors, the author uses modern methods of strategic analysis in the conditions of SPOD, VUCA, DEST and BANI world. Modern society is developing in conditions of increased risk, the presence of global threats and dangers. In Ukraine, economic entities must effectively combine SPOD and VUCA methods depending on the industry, the impact of information and technological change. In the real (non-financial) sectors of the economy, the SPOD method is more efficient. There is a dialectical relationship between the economic basis and the political superstructure. World socio-economic development is interdependent on geopolitical processes, international stability. Scientific analysis and praxeology of BANI indicators of the world prove the need to adhere to the principles of territorial integrity of states in modern conditions; respect for their sovereignty and inviolability of borders; peaceful coexistence of countries regardless of their political system; resolution of all disputes at the negotiating table by diplomatic methods; humanism, the priority of humanistic values, among which the highest is the preservation of human life; social justice and equality before the law; rejection of selfish consumption, destruction of the environment and care for nature, economical use of its resources
