ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЯ БАНКІВСЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ТА ЇЇ ВПЛИВ НА БАНКІВСЬКУ СИСТЕМУ УКРАЇНИ
Визначено сучасні характерні особливості міжнародної банківської діяльності. Надано характеристику транснаціональним банкам як головним суб’єктам глобалізаційних процесів, та визначено особливості їх діяльності. Розглянуто вплив присутності іноземного капіталу в банківській системі України та визначені сильні і слабкі сторони банків з іноземним капіталом на вітчизняному фінансовому ринку.Defined characteristics of modern international banking, the main subjects which are multinational banks that are major financial institutions that were formed on the basis of major commercial banks in industrialized countries dominate the national and international capital market, play an important role in the economic redistribution of global capital credit and financial services. The features of the transnational banks determined that they are the main participants and initiators of interstate movement of giant financial flows, control operations in the global debt capital markets, foreign exchange and financial relations between states and economic processes in the country, creating branches in offshore areas, creating international consortia. The effect of foreign capital in the banking system of Ukraine and identified strengths and weaknesses of banks with foreign capital in the domestic financial market. It is concluded that the integration of our country into the world economy and the international financial institutions leading to strong penetration of foreign capital in the domestic banking sector. The presence of banks with foreign capital in the banking system of Ukraine in the interest of the national financial system, helping to attract foreign investment and expand the resource base of economic and social development. However, in determining whether the growth of foreign capital in the banking system should be guided by the strategic priorities of the state, the practical realization of which will help ensure the integrity and stability of the national banking system
