Розглядається вдосконалення системи управління підприємством за допомогою адаптивного управління. На сучасному етапі розвитку першочерговими завданнями адаптивного управління на підприємствах залізничної галузі є зміна архаїчної організаційної структури, а також напрацювання методичного апарату і адекватної системи управлінського обліку і контролю, відсутність яких не дозволяє керівництву мати в оперативному режимі достовірну картину фінансового стану підприємства, витрат і прибутковості окремих видів діяльності, стадій і стану технологічного процесу і на цій основі приймати короткострокові і середньострокові рішення.Enterprise management system improvement by means of adaptive management is considered. At the present stage of development priorities of adaptive management at the enterprises of railway branch is change of archaic organizational structure, and also the operating time of the methodical device and adequate system of management accounting and the control which absence doesn't allow the management to have a reliable picture of a financial condition of the enterprise in an operational mode, expenses and profitability of separate kinds of activity, stages and a condition of technological process and on this basis to make short-term and medium-term decisions. Strategy of adaptation is the constituent of strategic set of enterprise, that systems of strategies of different type, which are developed by an enterprise on the certain span of time, that remove the specific of functioning and development of enterprise, and also level of his applying, into place and role in an external environment
