Критический Анализ и Доработка Линейной и Диффузной Моделей Исследования Инновационной Динамики (Critical Analysis and Redesign of the Linear Models and Diffuse the Study of the Dynamics of Innovation)

На основе критического анализа объяснительного потенциала линейных и диффузных моделей инновационной динамики разработана альтернативная модель распространения инноваций. Построение альтернативной модели инновационной динамики начинается с введения новых теоретических концептов: 1) «пространство», 2) «революционный потенциал» инновационного процесса, 3) «инновационный потенциал территории», 4) «инновационный потенциал населения», 5) «коммуникационные способности информационного поля». Сводная модель позволяет не только сравнить скорость распространения инноваций в разных сообществах пользователей, но и сопоставить скорости распространения инноваций в различных территориальных единицах страны.На основе сводной модели выделены ключевые социокультурные барьеры распространения инноваций: 1) барьеры централизации сети; 2) барьеры «трения пространства»; 3) организационные барьеры. Приводится дальнейшее описание социокультурных барьеров и рекомендации по их устранению.Based on a critical analysis of the explanatory potential of linear and diffuse innovation dynamics models developed an alternative model of diffusion of innovation.
