МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНЕ ОБГРУНТУВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО ПРОЦЕСУ В УМОВАХ ЕКОНОМІКИ ЗНАНЬ

У статті розглянуто основні елементи інноваційного процесу в умовах економіки знань. Визначено та систематизовано умови, вплив яких на здійснення інноваційної діяльності є вирішальним. Надано характеристику таким важливим елементам інноваційного процесу як інноваційний персонал, інноваційна культура, інноваційне середовище. Виокремлено рівні інноваційного потенціалу. Надано увагу проблемам фінансування інноваційної сфери.In the article the basic elements of innovative process in the conditions of economy of knowledge are considered. Terms which influence decision character on realization of innovative activity are certain and systematized. Description of such important elements of innovative process as innovative personnel, innovative culture, innovative environment is presented. Flexibility of organizational structures, necessary level information-communication and technical-technological spheres is also important terms which the level of the inculcated innovations depends on. The levels of innovative potential are distinguished. The subjects of innovative process are certain, in a general view is this state, business, science. Their integration and activation of co-operation create terms for effective innovative activity and provide the competitiveness of economy. In the article pay attention to the problems of financing of innovative sphere and the special role of the state is marked in providing of support of the innovative system. The necessity of theoretical-methodological ground of innovative model of economy of Ukraine is marked, her conceptual bases.
