ОБ''ЄКТИВНІ ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ЗМІН У ПРОЦЕСІ ЦІЛЕПОКЛАДАННЯ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ В УМОВАХ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ

Розглянуто причини ускладнення перебігу процесів на фазах відтворювального циклу на підприємстві. Показано зв'язок результату ускладнення перебігу процесів на фазах відтворювального циклу на підприємстві з необхідністю переходу суспільства і підприємств на шлях сталого розвитку. Визначено об’єктивні передумови змін у процесі цілепокладання на підприємстві в умовах сталого розвитку.Reasons of complication of processes flowing are examined at such phases of enterprise reproduction cycle as production, distribution, exchange and consumption. In particular, limitedness and depletion of natural resources, complication and improvement of technological processes and equipment at production phase cause the problem of choice and consumption of factors of production. Differentiation of forms of property, complication of enterprises' structure at distribution phase cause the problem of income distribution and taking into account goals of all interest groups of an enterprise. Competition, differentiated demand of consumers at exchange phase cause the problem of taking into account interests of products' consumers. Limitedness of resources, complication of enterprise's structure, the necessity of allocation of resources within an enterprise at consumption phase cause the problem of choice of resources by an enterprise for consumption in future production. The objective pre-conditions of changes in the process of goal-setting on an enterprise in conditions of sustainable development are defined.
