Given clause is devoted to a problem of organization of process of planning in complex structural formations in an industry. In clause the aspects of coordination of the plans of structural units of the managing subject are considered. The requirements showed in system of planning in an industry are allocated. The classification of the forms and methods of coordination of the plans is submitted. The special attention is given to use of economic models during development and coordination of the plans.
