This article is devoted to some problems of economy of Russia. Authors consider such problems as inefficiency of economy, corruption, dependence on export of oil and others; try to understand reasons of this. Also authors make an issue of correlation between quantity of the officials and meanings of TI Corruption Perceptions Index.
