ОСНОВНЫЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ РАЗВИТИЯ ГЛОБАЛЬНОГО ЗЕРНОВОГО РЫНКА

В данной статье рассмотрено состояние рынка зерна и выделен комплекс проблем национального и международного функционирования аграрной политики, связанных с неравномерностью двух составляющих: спроса и предложения. Обработана информация о возможных способах доставки зерновых, особое внимание уделено морскому транспорту. Определена целесообразность внедрения новых технологий для достижения относительной устойчивости на рынке зерна.This article discusses the state of the grain market and highlighted the complex issues of national and international operation of agricultural policy related to the non-uniformity of two components: supply and demand. Analyzed by importing countries and exporting countries of the grain. Processed information on possible methods of delivery of grain, it focuses on maritime transport, its problems on the example of a major ship-owning company. Ukraine is highlighted as a global exporter of grain, and also considered its lack of implementation of a proper degree, due to the lack of investment in the sector by the government and private businesses. As an example, analyzes the ports of Ukraine, which are only now beginning to invest heavily in connection with the entry into force of memory 'On Sea Ports of Ukraine ", which prescribes the opportunity to rent land at the seaport. Determine the feasibility of introducing new technologies to achieve relative stability of the grain market.
