Оценка на институционалната структура на оползотворяване на утайки от ПСОВ в българското земеделие

The process of transforming sewage sludge from "waste into good (product)" is conditioned by various social, economic, technological, agronomic, personal, etc. factors. An important place in this complex of factors is taken by the institutional structure in which the various agents related to the process carry out their activities and relationships. Institutional environment and institutions of governance provide opportunities and set constraints for agents, structure and determine their behavior and activity, and ultimately (pre)determine the effectiveness of agro-eco-governance as a whole, and the effectiveness and the degree of use of sludge in agriculture in particular. In this paper, the interdisciplinary methodology of the New Institutional Economy is adapted and an analysis and evaluation of the institutional structure of the use of sludge in Bulgarian agriculture is made.
