ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ ТИПОВ ВНУТРИФИРМЕННОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ ОПЛАТЫ ТРУДА
In the paper the consequences of types of the internal wage policy which consist in features of determining wages by various factors are studied. The results of the investigation of the policy among different firms are described and the impact of internal and external factors on the increase in the wage level under conditions of perfectly competitive, oligopsonistic and monopsonistic labour markets is analyzed.
