Экономические  проблемы,  связанные  с  переходом  к  рыночной  экономике,  вызывают  необходимость  поиска  новых  форм  интеграции производящих и перерабатывающих предприятий с учётом достигнутого ныне уровня их развития и специфики региональных условий. Производители мясного сырья, пытаясь оградить себя от диктата монопольно низких цен, создают собственные перерабатывающие предприятия малой мощности, ищут новые каналы и рынки сбыта своей продукции. В результате этого, а также из-за сокращения в хозяйствах поголовья животных и снижения их продуктивности, производственные мощности крупных мясокомбинатов всё в большей мере недоиспользуются. The economic problems connected with transition to market economy, cause the necessity of search of new forms of integration of the making and processing enterprises taking into account the level of their development reached nowadays and specifics of regional conditions. Producers of meat raw materials, trying to protect itself from dictatorship of exclusively low prices, create own processing enterprises of low power, look for new channels and sales markets of the production. As a result of it, and also because of reduction in farms of a livestock of animals and decrease in their efficiency, capacities of large meat-processing plants will increasingly be underused.
