СПЕЦИАЛИСТЫ ПО УПРАВЛЕНИЮ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ НА РЫНКЕ ТРУДА
Demand for specialists, being excellent at personnel management, is growing now. The quantity of HR-management functions is increasing. Using different methods and origins of information, the author learned correlation between demand and supply, wages of HR-specialists, requirements of employers to them on national labour market and in Omsk. The results of given analysis may be used in future, for example, for carrying out regular monitor controlling of HR-specialists on labour market by students.
