ТЕОРЕТИЧНі АСПЕКТИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ФіНАНСОВОї СТРАТЕГії РОЗВИТКУ ГАЗОТРАНСПОРТНОї СИСТЕМИ УКРАїНИ

В статті виявлено основні проблеми газотранспортної системи України, вирішити які пропонується на основі формування та реалізації фінансової стратегії ГТС. Розкрито поняття фінансової стратегії ГТС України. Дослідження теоретико-методологічних питань формування фінансової стратегії дозволило визначити основні етапи формування стратегії, визначити завдання.In the conditions of growth of competitive fight in the international market, the crisis state of the gas transmission system of Ukraine (GTS) causes decrease in competitiveness of the enterprises of the national industry. Research of a condition of the gas transmission system of Ukraine allowed to allocate its main problems, among which: big sizes of expenses on gas transportation, service of the gas transmission system; moral and physical wear of objects and whole complexes, lack of financial resources. Therefore, in modern conditions of effective functioning and development for Ukraine’s gas transmission system deficiency of financial resources is characteristic. The solution of this question we propose on the basis of formation of financial strategy of development of GTS of Ukraine which will allow to define hierarchy of realization of the purposes and problems of a complex, to develop actions for accumulation of financial resources, increase of efficiency of GTS and its investment appeal, to modernize branch. In article the main stages of formation and realization of strategy, its task are also defined and opened. On the basis of an integrated approach the following components of strategy, as financing strategy, strategy of investment and strategy of financial service is functional.
