The growth of competition defines the necessity of increase of equipment technical readiness, decrease of maintenance and repair costs, elimination of losses because of the breakdowns and downtimes, increase of run-to-failure the raise of oil refining productivity. Quality of the product, depth of refining, volume of production output is directly depended on the state of basic technological equipment. Therefore development of the management system for safe maintenance resources saving of oil refining industry is actual. In this article the approaches to increase the information objectivity in the management system for safe maintenance resources saving of oil refining industry by means of integration of production factors state monitoring and selection of diagnostic features tendencies of their change are formulated.
