УПРАВЛЕНИЕ КАЧЕСТВОМ ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЬСКОГО ТРУДА В ВУЗАХ С ПОМОЩЬЮ МОТИВАЦИОННОГО МЕХАНИЗМА

This article is devoted to the quality management of teaching by means of motivation. Based on researches were exploited methods of the quality management of teaching in higher educational institutes by means of motivation mechanism. It includes such stages as: determination the motives, affecting to effectiveness of teaching; exposition the level of their significance; management of their realization by means of stimulation system, if it's necessary. These methods may use in any higher education institute for rising of the quality management of teaching.
