The management of the personnel motivation system on an enterprise implies the provision of such behavior of the personnel which is needed to improve the labor efficiency and enhance the company's financial viability. The article specifies the manifestations of the dichotomy of control mechanisms in the system of personnel motivation, which is instrumental in the development of methodic approaches for the control mechanisms evaluation and the course of managerial actions.
