ІНФОРМАЦІЙНА БАЗА АНАЛІЗУ КОНКУРЕНТНИХ ПЕРЕВАГ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ДОРОЖНЬОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА

The information base of analyzing the competitive advantages of road enterprises on the basis of using the matrix method of efficiency analysis has been suggested in the article. This method allows to create a field of competitive advantages according to each component of the enterprise potential and ensures full coverage of the complex phenomenon. The system of indicators of analysis of the efficiency of road enterprises potential components has been grounded and the desired trend of changing the indicators from the point of view of ensuring and enhancing enterprise competitive advantages has been defined in the work.
