ハンガリーにおける外国直接投資と企業再建

大規模な外国直接投資と多国籍企業の進出は，ハンガリーの市場経済化において極めて重大な役割を果たした。巨額な外国資本の流入は，マクロ経済を有効需要面から支え，長期的・安定的経済成長を実現すると同時に，所有構造の転換，生産体制の刷新，製品競争力の強化，経営管理システムの近代化，研究開発(R&D)・イノベーション活動の活性化などを通じて，企業システムの抜本的転換にも多大な寄与をもたらした。しかし，外資系企業の目覚しい活躍を以ってしても，いまなお解決されていない企業再建上の諸問題は少なくない。ハンガリー政府と産業界の「受身の市場経済化」は，いま転換期を迎えている。
