1. Digital transformation and responsibility

This chapter provides the foundation for the Research Handbook on Digital Transformation and Responsibility . It explores key concepts and emphasises the growing need for a more responsible approach to digital transformation. As digital technologies continue to reshape industries, organisations face growing pressure to manage their transformation processes in ways that are ethically, socially, and environmentally responsible.
