2006 Final Transmission Proposal: Statements A-F.

Pursuant to section 300.11 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) regulations, 18 C.F.R. 300.11, the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) submits Statements A-F as technical support for BPA's 2005 Transmission Rate filing. Each statement is preceded by an introductory discussion describing the information provided in that statement. The 5-year historical period is from FYs 2000-2004. The projected data contained in Statements A-F were used in the development of BPA's 2006 Transmission Rate filing cost evaluation period, FYs 2005-2007. The rate test period is FYs 2006-2007.
