Financial performance evaluation is very interesting topic for business due to acute competition in the market. Organisations are now more concerned with their overall performance than ever before as they can evaluate their performance by comparing with competitor’s one. Normally, the organization’s value creation change due to technology, competition, change of taste and behaviour of customers. There is no single method or strategy to evaluate the financial performance of banks. Generally it is associated with liquidity and operational effect linked to the profitability of banks. Capital ratios, in their turn, help to see whether the banks have the capacity to cover their liabilities or not.
