A Comparison of Resources and Their Utilization by big Medium and Small Companies in Dairy Industry in the Years 1998–2005

This paper presents the issue of the potential relation between the scale of dairy companies and their productivity. The analysis showed that bigger scale leads to the higher productivity of labor. However, the research does not confirm that bigger scale leads to the higher productivity of assets.
