A conceptual approach for simulation software
This paper presents concepts and tools for simulation softwares specification. At an abstract level of specification, we define a simulation software as a couple (conceptual structure, abstract machine). The conceptual structure is a structured representation of the simulated system behaviour. The abstract machine is a set of abstract and general mechanisms able to carry out the management of a system defined through its conceptual schema. We focus in the paper on concepts for behaviour structuring and abstract machine tools.
