A CORRELATION STUDY OF LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR IN A PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANIZATION
The study examines the correlation effects between leader-member exchange and organizational citizenship behaviour in a public sector organization in Peninsular Malaysia. Focussing the employees in the public sector as the sample in the study, the results of the study show both the variables are significantly correlated. Results are further discussed
