A MODEL OF INTEGRATED QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS
The variety of existing practices of using and operating information systems (IS) is proved to require adequate and objective methods for their evaluation. A model of integrated quality assessment of an information system is offered, which is based on evaluation of the quality of IS components affecting the quality of functioning of the whole system. A geometric interpretation and analytical description of the model is proposed, calculation options are given for IS quality measurement. The developed model is found to be quite evident for the absolute and comparative analysis of the IS components quality and IS in general, and fit for creation of a practical methodology for assessing the company IS quality.
