A MODEL OF INTRODUCTION OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY MEASURES IN THE HOUSING AND UTILITIES SECTOR

A model of introduction of energy efficiency measures in the housing and utilities sector of a city (as an example) was highlighted. Focusing on the housing and utilities sector was found to be necessary to solve the problem of energy saving in Ukraine. In the course of analysis, the entities involved in the management of the energy saving policy at the local level were proved to be necessary to identify to form a model of introduction of energy efficiency measures in the housing and utilities sector. In addition to that targets of energy saving in the city, energy saving measures that can be divided into primary and reinforcing should be clearly identified, intermediaries for promotional campaigns are to be chosen as well as a segmentation of energy consumers should be made.
