A New FRamework to Study Decision in Organisation

The purpose of this communication is to display an original decision model - the Decisional Fit Model. Based on other models of fit, this model focuses on decision making when using a decision support system. In addition, we propose a discussion on the impact of misfit when coping strategies occur.
