Globalization and market penetration induces organizations to adopt such practices that can provide development and learning opportunities to the employees. Organizations allocate a considerable amount in their budget for the intervention of HRD practices. This strategy makes the employees as assets for the organization, and no organizations want to leave these human resources. Whether this investment on employees is beneficial for the organization and how it can help to retain these employees.
