It adopts the operation mode of combination of horizontal integration and vertical integration. The forming of the effective competition and cooperation relationship among pig farming households, pig slaughtering and processing enterprises and supermarkets is a kind of dissipative structure forming process which evolves constantly from low level to the high. Improving structures of cooperative partners, intensifying supervision and collaborative commerce, positioning accurately and increasing support, innovating management system and optimizing marketing environment are all measures to boost the forming process of the effective competition and cooperation relationship. The formation of their quality safety behavior coordination is a evolutionary game process, reducing coordination cost, increasing coordination profit, establishing an equal and effective interest allocation mechanism, and strengthening external supervision and punishment force will promote the realization of the coordination.
