A Study To Examine the Relationship Between Leader Member Exchange and Perceived Organizational Support of Sales Representative in Tamilnadu

The most important and predominant asset of any organization is its human resource. Further, the competitive advantage of the organization can be achieved through the human resources of that organization. Additionally, in managing this human resource, leadership may be considered as the most effective and efficient factor. The main idea behind conducting this research was to examine the relationship the leader-member exchange and the perceived organizational support. The study was done among the sales representatives of Chennai in Tamilnadu. Simple random sampling was done to select the sample for the study and the sample size was 100. Data was analyzed using regression. Findings of the data analysis showed that. R2 was found to be 0.825 through multiple regression, which shows that 82.5% of the independent variables had an influence on the perceived organizational support of the professionals
