A THEORETICAL INSIGHT INTO THE CONCEPT OF FOREIGN TRADE OPERATION

A theoretical analysis was conducted as to the research and legislation regarding the definition of the concept "foreign transaction" and the author's approach was formed to this economic category, which is a purposeful process of interaction between Ukraine's and foreign economic operators and a foreign contractor for the establishment, modification and termination of legal, economic, social, and other relations between them both in Ukraine and abroad, which causes changes in the assets and liabilities structure as well as shareholders' equity of a company. The stages of a foreign trade operation were identified to develop a detailed algorithm of a foreign trade operation for the first entry into a foreign market.
