Actual directions of development the instruments of investment coordination between state and business

The world experience of implementation the models of financial flows distribution in context of realization of investment projects within public-private partnership as a component of state investment policy is systematized. The modification of financial flow distribution models and regulatory actions between participants of public-private partnership in context of effective organization state and private sector cooperation within realization state investment policy are developed by the author.
