The article raises three questions: (i) Which role does mediation play in European and German competition law practice? (ii) Is mediation, in general, as suitable for European and German competition law cases as it is (presumably) for US antitrust? (iii) What potential does mediation hold for competition law enforcement on the EU level and in Germany?
