Analisis Pengaruh Determinan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Dikaitkan Dengan Pembangunan Wilayah Pada Kabupaten/Kota Di Sumatera Utara

Analysis of Influance of the Human Development Index Determinant in Town/Regency in North Sumatra, with counsellor commission: Zulkifli Nasution, Sirojuzilam and Kasyful Mahalli.This purpose of this research is to explore and analyze the influence of General Allocation Fund (DAU), Specific Purpose Fund (DAK) and Economic Growth on Human Development Index in Citys/Town/Regency within North Sumatera Province. The analyze method that is used in this research is quantitative method with generalized linier regression is used to estimate the model and random effect method bring about classical assumption test before rushing up to best linier model. The use variable is General Allocation Fund, Specific Purpose Fund, Economic Growth and Economic Growth as independend variable and the Human Development Index as dependend variable. The sample are 23 of Regency/Cities in North Sumatera Province the year 2003 up to year 2007. The result of this research finding of General Allocation Fund, Specific Purpose Fund and Economic Growth as independend influence to the Human Development Index. Explained by the independent variabel variation influence the expressed in Adjusted R2 equal to 33,09% is while the rest equal to 66,91% influenced by other variable which is explained by this research model. Partially show while of Economic Growth with PDRB with actual price only, has significant to the Human Development Index and then General Allocation Fund and Specific Purpose Fund variabel has not significant to the Human Development Index.
