Analisis Pengaruh GDP, Nilai Kurs, dan Suku Bunga Deposito Terhadap Permintaan Obligasi Swasta di Indonesia

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the affecting factors of the demand of private bonds in Indonesia. And to calculate the contribution of each variable to the demand of private bonds in Indonesia. The variables that considered affect the demand of private bonds are Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as X1, exchange rate as X2, and interest rate of deposit as X3.To achieve the purpose of analysis, this research used time series datas during 20 years from 1990 to 2009. The method that is used to estimate the datas is by Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method.The result of estimation shows us the R-squared is 93%, which means the independent variables, there are Gross Domestic Product (GDP), exchange rate, and interest rate of deposit, could explain the dependent variable, there is the demand of private bonds in Indonesia, about 93%. While, the last 7% is explained by another variable that is not included in the estimation model.
