Analisis Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Dan Kebijakan Moneter Terhadap Persetujuan Pemberian Kredit Modal Kerja Pada PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan

PT. Bank Sumut is a bank which 59.95% of its capital is owned by North Sumatra Province government, and 40.05% is owned by North Sumatera local government. The bank has a branch office in each of the local government area and also in Jakarta. The head office and Medan Main Branch of PT. Bank Sumut is at 18, Jl Imam Bonjol Medan. PT. Bank Sumut Medan main branch have 8 sub branches.The formulation of the problems in this research are : 1. To which extent the effect of the financial ratios which consist of current ratio, quick ratio, dept to assets ratio, long term dept to equity ratio, net profit to sales ratio, return on Investment, return on equity to the agreement of working capital at PT. Bank Sumut Medan main branch. 2. To which entend the influence of monetary policy which consist of the BI Rate and the inflation of Medan city to the agreement of working capital at PT. Bank Sumut Medan main branch.The aim of this research is to determine the effect of financial ratio and monetary policy, and the working capital approval at PT. Bank Sumut Medan main branch.The population in this research are all debtors whose working capital loans approved during the month of January up to December 2008 which amounted to 307 debtors. The samples are selected using random sampling, amounting to 39 debitor. The types of this research is an associative or causal research. The hypothesis test is conducted by multiple linear regression. The statistical test equipment used to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variables was tested with F test and t test at the 95% confidence level or significance level of 5% alpha. The results of this research proved that the financial ratios simultaneously influence significantly to the approval ratio of working capital loans, and then partially variables which significantly effect them are return on equity, quick ratio, return on Investment, long term dept to equity ratio and net profit to sales ratio. The monetary policy simultaneously effected significantly to the approval ratio of working capital loan, and the inflation of Medan city partially affected it significantly.
