Analysis of Motorcycle Engineering Vocational Skills Learning Model Based on Teaching Factory of Package C Students at Pkbm Berlian

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the learning process, the determinants of process quality, and to determine the Teaching Factory-Based Teaching Factory-Based Motorcycle Engineering Vocational Skills Learning Model. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observation. The procedure of this research follows the flow of literature studies, field surveys. The research findings show: the quality of lesson planning has a significant influence on the quality of learning implementation; the quality of learning planning and the quality of learning implementation has a significant influence on the acquisition of package C student learning outcomes; determinants of the quality of the learning process are influenced by tutor factors, in addition to infrastructure, financing, leadership, and work climate; equality education is developed with Teaching Factory content through a process developed in teaching factory-based learning
